Angela Wang

Angela Wang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Nexon America since December 2021. Prior to this role, Angela co-founded Asteria Law Group LLP, where advisory services spanned contract matters, regulatory compliance, corporate planning, and dispute resolution across diverse industries. Angela's experience includes serving as an associate at Isaacs | Friedberg LLP, handling complex civil litigation, and at Berman, Berman, Berman, Schneider & Lowary LLP, focusing on insurance defense cases. Earlier in the career, Angela worked as a litigation associate at Jack Law Firm and gained foundational experience in legal matters through various internships and roles, including at the U.S. District Court and Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Angela holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, an HR Management Certificate from UCLA, and a BS in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
