Ankit Kumar

Ankit Kumar is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and process integration. Currently serving as a Principal Silicon Platform Engineer at Nexperia since August 2021, Ankit leads process integration for the development of 200mm and 300mm low and high voltage split-gate Power/Auto MOSFET platforms. Previously, Ankit held the position of Principal Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on UHV and SOI technology development, and served as a Senior Device Design Engineer at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company, where device design and development for various technologies were key responsibilities. Ankit's career began as a Device Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Co., Ltd, specializing in Trench Schottky product design and development, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at Asia University, where collaboration with notable companies like TSMC and Vanguard was instrumental.
