Helene Heyer

Helene Heyer currently serves as the Head of HR - Technology and Operations at Nexperia, where responsibilities include leading a global HR team for a workforce of 11,000 employees across various sectors including manufacturing and supply chain. Prior to Nexperia, Helene was the Head of Human Resources Europe at Hitachi Astemo, overseeing HR functions in eight countries for 3,500 employees. Helene's extensive experience at Texas Instruments spanned two decades in multiple HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Global Talent Development Manager, where strategic HR support was provided across diverse business units and operational goals were met through effective talent acquisition and development strategies. Helene holds a Master in Management, Business Marketing from SKEMA Business School.
