Jizhe Yin

Jizhe Yin is a Principal Research Engineer at Nexperia, focusing on semiconductor package research with a specialization in automotive power semiconductors since December 2022. Current research interests include sintering technology for high power semiconductors, innovative lead-free attachment solutions, and advancements in back-end package technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Expert at Philips, where contributions spanned top-down strategic implementation in PCBA technology, along with an MBA focused on tacit knowledge management. Additionally, Jizhe held various engineering roles at Bosch China, managing teams and developing technologies for automotive electronics, and began a career at Siemens as an Engineering Management Trainee. Jizhe holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Advanced Materials Science and an MBA.
