Luuk Bosshardt

Luuk Bosshardt currently serves as the Director of Global HR Projects & Operations at Nexperia, where responsibilities include driving and developing HR projects, overseeing HRIS and technology, and managing analytics and learning programs. Previously, Luuk held various roles at Dorel Juvenile, including HR Business Partner for Finance in the EU and Strategic HR Project Manager for Europe, focusing on organizational design, performance management, and aligning HR practices with business strategy. Luuk's career began at Philips as a Talent Sourcing Specialist and Corporate Sourcer, where expertise was developed in recruitment processes and strategic sourcing methodologies. Luuk holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
