May (Yue) Wu 伍玥, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in managing strategic projects related to mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director and head of Finance Project Leaders at Nexperia since March 2022, May oversees projects that support the company's growth, including acquisitions and post-merger integrations, notably the integration of Nowi B.V. Prior experience includes working as an M&A Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2020 to March 2022, where May contributed to significant transformational projects such as the acquisitions of Philips Domestic Appliances and Bombardier Transportation.
