Ron Broeren

Ron Broeren is an experienced leader in digital transformation and IT services, currently serving as the Head of Digitalization & Transformation at Nexperia since July 2024. Previously, Ron held significant roles at Signify, including Management Representative and Head of Global Digital Technology & Data Services, contributing to global digital initiatives and sustainability efforts. With a strong background at AkzoNobel as Global Director of IT Services and at The HEINEKEN Company as Global Director Office of the CIO, responsibilities included IT strategy, cybersecurity, and vendor management. Ron also has experience as a Principal Consultant at PwC and served as a guest lecturer on Strategic Sourcing at TU Delft Toptech. Ron completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Fontys University and pursued further education at CIONET, INSEAD, and IMD.
