Sjors Kamps

Sjors Kamps is a skilled engineer with a strong background in mechatronics and system engineering. Currently serving as System Lead Engineer at Nexperia since October 2020, Kamps has previously held positions as a Medior and Junior System Engineer at ASM Laser Separation International (ALSI) B.V. from June 2017 to October 2020. Experience includes guiding mechanical engineering students as a Student Assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology and conducting research during an internship at DEMCON, focusing on variable-gain controllers for respiratory modules. Kamps has also contributed to educational technology as a Campus Manager at Skive, worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at RMIT University, and served as a Commercial Trainee at Venderion. Kamps holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Dynamical Systems Design from Eindhoven University of Technology, complemented by prior studies in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
