We qualified and supported more than 10K trainee to be Oracle consultants which represents 70% of Oracle man power in the region. Now we are implementing a number of initiatives with the Ministry of Communications and information technology aimed to qualify and employ new graduates in various fields in the information technology sector, and then we have a pool of qualified resources ready to join IT sector.
