Kyle J Winters is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of NEXT Canada since April 2019, Kyle directs efforts to support innovative entrepreneurs across Canada. Previous roles include Chief Advancement Officer and President at the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research, where Kyle led operations and revenue-generating initiatives. Kyle also held key positions at the Heart and Stroke Foundation, developing corporate partnerships and strategic plans. Prior to these roles, Kyle contributed to the University of Toronto in various capacities, focusing on fundraising, corporate relations, and marketing programs. Kyle holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of St. Gallen.
