Vice President, Service Operations at CoreLogic Restoration Solutions

Lloyd Marcom has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2002, they began working at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as an Instructor and Instructor Trainer. Lloyd remained in this role until 2009.

In 2008, they joined Mitchell International as the Director of Product Management where they oversaw the legacy application for automobile damage claims and collision repair. Lloyd also researched and analyzed emerging markets for potential revenue opportunities and executed strategies for sales growth. Lloyd stayed with Mitchell International until 2018.

In 2018, they transitioned to Next Gear Solutions as the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting and Program Management. Lloyd launched the Project Management Office (PMO), improved customer registration and on-boarding processes, and streamlined workflow and pipeline management. Lloyd held this role until 2020.

Also in 2020, Lloyd Marcom took on a new role as the Vice President of Service Operations at Next Gear Solutions. In this position, they oversee all client-facing service operations, creates strategies and learning plans, and ensures the help desk is properly staffed and functioning.

Additionally, in 2020, they joined Les Mills as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Lloyd is passionate about changing lives and creating a fitter planet. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they worked tirelessly to engage participants and build strong relationships, and they continue to work on rebuilding class participation numbers.

Lloyd Marcom has an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Diego and a BA in English Literature and Language from Harvard University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), Standard CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, and Associate in Claims from The Institutes. Lloyd also holds certifications in Associate in Claims - Management (AIC-M) from The Institutes and BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP from Les Mills International. Lloyd's education history also includes a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
