Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Next Gear Solutions since January 2011, Peggy has been instrumental in enhancing client relationships and driving service excellence. Prior to this role, Peggy held the position of General Manager at American Craftsman Restoration from July 2002 to January 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and ensuring quality service delivery.
