Alexa Gambardella

Alexa Gambardella serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product at Next Gen HQ since April 2021. With prior experience as a Director at Vitech Systems Group from March 2015 to April 2021, Alexa successfully implemented the company's V3 product, enhancing clients' capabilities in insurance, pension, and investment operations. Additional roles include project management and implementation consulting at Epic, where significant healthcare industry expertise was developed. Alexa has also contributed to the Next Gen Summit as the Mentor Coordinator, facilitating valuable connections between young entrepreneurs and industry leaders, and has spoken at the Women's Empowerment Conference at Brown University. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Global Health with a Pre-Med focus from Emory University.
