Jenn Lamantia

Jenn Lamantia has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Jenn is currently working at Next Insurance, where they have held various roles since joining in 2021, including Interim Head of Talent Acquisitions, Director, Head of People Experience, DEI & Social Impact, and Head of People Experience, DEI, and Social Impact. Prior to Next Insurance, Jenn worked at Torch as part of their Leadership Coaching Program. Jenn also has experience at CapitalG, Founders Circle Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and TripActions, where they held people leadership positions. In addition, Jenn has worked at BMC Software and Salesforce, where they focused on global onboarding and recruiting. Earlier in their career, Jenn worked as a Freelance Make-up Artist at JML Freelance Make Up Artist and MAC Cosmetics.

Jenn Lamantia has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, and Speech Communications from San Jose State University. Jenn also graduated from Hillsdale High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Project Management with Monday.com from LinkedIn in September 2022. Additionally, they became a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member in July 2022.
