Boris Gilad has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Boris started their career at Convergys in 2000 as a COBOL programmer and worked there until 2002. Boris then joined Ness AT in 2004 as a COBOL Solutions Manager, where they served until 2008. In 2008, Boris became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Next iT, a role they currently hold.
Boris Gilad obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University between 1981 and 1984.
