Troy Mayhan has extensive experience in software development and engineering. Troy started their career at Seattle Lab as the Director of Software Development from 1994 to 1998. Troy then worked at Microsoft for two years as a Software Development Engineer in the Exchange division. After that, they became a Software Development Manager at Entrek Software Inc. from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, Troy worked as a Software Development Engineer at Excell Data Corporation and Adecco Technical Services, both contracted to Microsoft's Windows Mobile division. In 2003, they joined Excell Data again, this time contracted at Microsoft, as a Software Development Engineer. In 2004, they joined Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in the Windows Mobile division. Troy continued working at Microsoft until 2007 when they joined Next IT as the Director of Software Development. In 2018, Troy transitioned to the role of Principal Software Architect at Next IT. Additionally, in 2018, they also started working at Verint as a Principal Software Architect. As of now, they are still employed in both roles.
