Elmer Ramilo is an experienced project manager currently working at Next Level Energy Management Systems since September 2022. Previously, Elmer served as an Assistant Project Manager at Pan-Pacific Mechanical from November 2018 to August 2022, contributing to significant projects such as the Airport Metro Connector 96th St. Transit Station and multiple developments for San Manuel. Elmer also has a background as a Project Engineer and an Application Specialist in HVAC at Trane. Prior experience includes managing the Building Automation System at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Elmer holds a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and further education in the same field from Mt. San Antonio College, along with a high school diploma from Redlands High School.
