Account Manager to President of Sales at Next Phase Enterprises

Michelle Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career as a Branch Manager and Account Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1995, where they were responsible for managing the sales and service functions within the branch and developing internal sales and service programs. In 2009, they joined EDMC as an Admissions Manager at South University, where they trained and developed the admissions team and conducted interviews and hiring for recruitment staff. Michelle then moved on to Pearson in 2015, serving as the Associate Director of Recruitment Services. In this role, they directed recruitment activities and participated in daily strategy management with partners and staff. Finally, in 2016, they joined Next Phase Enterprises as an Account Manager and later became the President of Sales. Michelle managed multi-million-dollar projects, supported sales vice presidents and the CEO, and set strategic priorities and goals.

Michelle Hughes has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from California State University - East Bay. Additionally, they hold an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies from Diablo Valley College.
