Samir M. Braga

Samir M. Braga is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and system administration. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Nextar, Tecnologia de Software since June 2011, Samir oversees the infrastructure for billing and account systems, backend management, and 3rd party integrations for a leading PoS application with over 45,000 global customers. In addition to this role, Samir co-founded Workmesh in January 2016, a company that innovates office space management by transforming architectural drawings into interactive indoor maps, thereby streamlining operations and enhancing flexibility. Earlier experience includes web development positions at Editora Abril, one of Latin America's largest media holdings, as well as roles at iDeal Interactive and Gift Intelligence. Samir holds an undergraduate degree from UFSCar, awarded in 2002.
