Jarrod Thompson

Jarrod Thompson is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in project and product management across various organizations, including NEXTDC, Australia Post, and Suncorp Group. Currently, at NEXTDC since May 2022, Jarrod leads program initiatives. Previously, as a Product Owner at Australia Post, Jarrod was instrumental in the POST+ program, transforming a retail platform nationwide and establishing operational readiness for Agile teams. With a strong background in senior project management roles at Suncorp Group and Telstra, Jarrod has successfully overseen significant IT asset management programs and cloud migration projects. Jarrod's early career includes key positions at Australia Post and AusNet Services, where Jarrod managed technical environments and ensured operational readiness. Academic qualifications include studies at Monash University.
