Roxanna Holmes

Roxanna Holmes is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in accounts receivable and customer service roles. Currently serving as Accounts Receivable Team Lead at NEXTDC since January 2019, Roxanna oversees invoicing, debt collection, team training, and process improvements. Prior to this role, Roxanna held positions including Billing & Collections Officer at NEXTDC, Services Plus Specialist and Service Delivery Specialist at Iron Mountain, Workflow Officer at Auscript, Customer Service Supervisor at Whitcoulls, and Linguistics Tutor at The University of Waikato. Roxanna holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Massey University and multiple degrees in Applied Linguistics and Japanese from The University of Waikato.
