Frank Zaid, MBA, possesses extensive experience in project controls and cost management across various leading companies. Currently at NextDecade since April 2019, Frank previously served as a Project Cost Controller at McDermott International Inc. from January 2015 to April 2019. Frank's background includes significant roles at Bechtel, such as Lead Trend Engineer, Lead Indirects Engineer, Change Management Coordinator, and Senior Cost/Engineering Progress and Performance Reporting, where responsibilities included leading design discussions, developing trends, and managing engineering performance metrics. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Operations Supervisor at UPS and as an Industrial Engineer contractor at MD Anderson. Frank earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston.
