Sylvia Erby, SPHR, serves as the Sr. Manager of Payroll & Benefits at NextDecade since August 2020, overseeing payroll and benefits administration for the US and Singapore, along with HR compliance. Prior to this role, Sylvia held various HR positions including Sr. HR Manager at Wison USA, where the focus was on establishing the US corporate HR department, and Compensation Analyst at DNV-GL, handling compensation for over 2,500 employees across North America. Sylvia's experience spans multiple industries, with significant roles in HR management, compliance, and employee relations, including positions at Accelerated Process Systems, Wison Offshore & Marine, TDIndustries, and The Children's Museum of Houston. Sylvia's academic background includes a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Sylvia served as a Chemical Operations Specialist in the United States Army Reserve from 1993 to 2001.
