Kathleen Lu

Kathleen Lu is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology litigation. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Product, Litigation, and Intellectual Property at Nextdoor since December 2021, Kathleen previously held the position of Senior Product Counsel at Mapbox from November 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel for IP and Product at Mapbox, Associate at Fenwick and West, and Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. Kathleen also contributed as a Volunteer Attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and completed a Summer Associate position at Winston & Strawn LLP. Educationally, Kathleen Lu holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
