At Optum, Angela directed the Project Management Office, enhancing project delivery metrics substantially. Earlier roles include positions at PerfectServe, Inc. and Rush University Medical Center, focusing on project management, implementation services, and advanced respiratory care. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care from Columbia International University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Roosevelt University.
