Pete Kiousis

Pete Kiousis is an experienced legal professional specializing in Intellectual Property Law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Nexteer Automotive since January 2016, Pete oversees global patent and trademark programs and manages all IP litigation. Prior roles include IP and Business Attorney at Vivaqua Law, Intellectual Property and Business Attorney at BrooksGroup, and Of Counsel at Rader, Fishman & Grauer, with responsibilities focused on patent and trademark prosecution. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law with a specialization in IP from Wayne State University Law School and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
