Ronald Sobczak

Ronald Sobczak has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Nexteer Automotive since 2015, where prior responsibilities included Assistant Corporate Controller. Previously, Ronald held key positions at AlixPartners from 2007 to 2014, including Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting, and Director of Corporate Accounting. From 2005 to 2007, Ronald worked at TRW as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations, as well as Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Compliance. Earlier career involvement includes a Senior Manager role in Audit and Assurance at KPMG US from 1996 to 2005 and accounting and financial analysis positions at PMH Caramanning and Advertising Audit Services from 1993 to 1996. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton, earned between 1989 and 1993.
