Tylor Schlink

Tylor Schlink is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Cost Improvement Manager at Nexteer Automotive, Tylor leads cost optimization initiatives for EPS motors and controllers. Previously, Tylor held multiple roles at Munro & Associates, including Program Manager and Senior Engineer/Lead Consultant, where significant cost reduction opportunities were identified, amounting to nearly $100M in potential annual savings.
