Alexandra Clifton is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communications Strategist at NextEra Energy, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Alexandra accumulated extensive experience in education over 16 years at Santaluces Community High School, where responsibilities included AICE Coordinator and English Teacher & Department Instructional Leader, with expertise in various subjects such as Mass Media, Journalism, and multiple AICE English courses. Alexandra's writing background includes positions as a Staff Writer for both The South Florida Sun-Sentinel and The Palm Beach Post. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Florida International University.
