Gitika Walter is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in user experience and digital transformation. As the IT Director for HR Technologies and User and Employee Experience at NextEra Energy, Inc., Gitika has demonstrated leadership in technology strategy. Previously, Gitika held positions including Senior Program Manager in Digital Strategy & Innovation at GE Digital and VP, Senior UX Manager for Digital Marketing at Legg Mason. Gitika's expertise is further complemented by a Certified Usability Analyst certification from Human Factors International and a Master's degree in Planning & Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
