Hope Jones

Hope Jones, MSW, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Consultant for Benefits at NextEra Energy, Inc. Since May 2024, Hope has utilized expertise in human resources developed over several years in leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Kepler from August 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR special initiatives, advising on employee relations, overseeing people systems reporting, and designing HR policies. Additional HR roles include serving as Human Resources Manager, overseeing operations for over 500 employees, and various analyst and talent acquisition positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Past experience in counseling within the OSAR Program at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services highlights a strong foundation in client engagement and clinical assessment.
