Maria D Novoa has demonstrated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Associate HR Business Partner at NextEra Energy, Inc. since February 2018. Prior roles at NextEra Energy include HR Operations Leader, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Advisor. Prior to this, Maria held multiple positions at Target, including Human Resources Manager and Customer Service Manager, and began as a Store Executive Team Leader Intern. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with minors in French and Mass Communications, complemented by French studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Additionally, Maria completed the International Baccalaureate Programme at Suncoast Community High School.
