Stephen Levine

Stephen L. is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and credit analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Finance (Treasury) and Director of Corporate Development at NextEra Energy, Inc., Stephen has played a critical role in M&A strategy and diligence since November 2020. As co-founder and CFO of 31-25 Real Estate LLC, Stephen oversees significant investments and public-private partnerships in real estate. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Goldman Sachs and DWS Group, focusing on investment-grade credit analysis in various industries, particularly Oil & Gas and Utility & Power. Stephen's career began with positions at Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse First Boston, where strong analytical and mentoring skills were demonstrated. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Bucknell University.
