Sarah Janich

Sarah Janich is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NextGen, part of KELLY’s SETT Business Unit, specializing in talent acquisition for telecom engineering and deployment solutions since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ChildCare Careers and Regional Recruiter, where Sarah focused on recruiting for early childhood education programs. Additional experience encompasses supervising a before and after school program at the YMCA of San Diego County, engaging with youth as an Entertainment Hostess and Youth Activities Counselor for Disney Cruise Line, and contributing as a Recreation, Children's Activities Counselor during an internship at Walt Disney World. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The University of Alabama and a certificate in Digital Marketing from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
