Shawn Carr

Shawn Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and client support, currently serving as Manager Tier 3 in Client Support at NextGen Healthcare since January 2016. In addition to this role, Shawn operates Carr IT Consulting, established in January 2014, providing technical solutions and project management. Previous experience includes working as an Information Management Senior Engineer under Xerox at McNeil Consumer Healthcare from June 2012 to January 2016, and serving as Senior Manager at Tommy Carr Tire and Auto from June 2001 to May 2015. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Kaplan University (2014-2016) and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Kaplan Career Institute-Philadelphia (2010-2012).
