Previously, Eric held the position of Sr. MSP Programs Manager at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, managing contingent workforce operations for Samsung Semiconductor, and served as Program Manager at Adecco Staffing, executing recruiting strategies for Cisco Systems. Eric began the career as a Client Service Manager at Spherion, leading recruitment efforts and optimizing workflows for diverse clients.
