Jeffrey Epps

Jeffrey Epps is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in technology and client services. Epps served as the Enterprise Project Management Team Lead at Nextiva from May 2018 to June 2023, after holding roles as Franchise Project Manager and Implementation Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes positions as a VoIP Provisioner and VoIP Technical Specialist at Jcurve Technologies from June 2014 to November 2017, as well as a Home Services Technician at Pace and an LKB Specialist at Sears Teleserv. Epps began a career in customer service at Circle K as a Graveyard CSR from January 2010 to June 2013. Epps is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Organizational Management and has completed a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership at Mesa Community College.
