Volodymyr P. is a Senior Software Engineer at Nextiva, a voice-over-IP company, since April 2017, where key projects include a multi-channel communication solution, a custom automation Rules Engine, and a customer satisfaction tracking system. Prior to Nextiva, Volodymyr served as a Software Engineer at SoftServe, the largest IT company in Ukraine, contributing to a Cisco email security gateway appliance. Volodymyr's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at Optim, focusing on a financial and administrative accounting service, and previous freelance web development from June 2012 to June 2015. Volodymyr holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Control, specializing in Information Technology Security, and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field, both from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
