Jeffrey L. Kadis has a diverse work history. Jeffrey L. currently works as an Electrical Engineer at Nextivity since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Viasat Inc. as an Electrical Engineer from January 2018 to November 2022.

Jeffrey L. Kadis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering, attending from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University, attending from 2007 to 2010.
In addition to their degrees, Kadis has obtained several certifications related to their field. Jeffrey L. completed the Hazardous Devices Basic Course at Us Government Redstone Arsenal in 2011. Jeffrey L. also completed the Homemade Explosives Course, Improvised Explosive Device Electronics Course, Advance IED Disposal Course, Evasive and Unimproved Road Drivers Course, Methods of Entry Course, Advanced Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Course, Joint Nuclear EOD Training, Joint Nuclear Ordnance Disposal Course, and Basic EOD Course. The institutions where they obtained these certifications include A-T Solutions (now part of PAE), Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Bill Scott Raceway (BSR), Marine Corps Training Center, Sandia National Laboratories, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Attendance for the Bomb Technicians Robotics Course from Us Government Redstone Arsenal, and has completed the Home Made Explosives and Precursor Identification Course as well as the Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Improvised Nuclear and Radiological Dispersal Device Recognition Course, although the months and years of completion for these last three certifications were not provided.
