Earlier career accomplishments include serving as Creative Director at Red Nova Labs, where design teams and multimedia projects were managed, and as Principle/Partner at Orange Fly Design, specializing in web and print design. Additionally, Rick has experience as an Adjunct Professor at DeVry University teaching web graphic design. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Central Missouri.
