Mummadi Hardhik

Mummadi Hardhik is a highly engaged individual currently serving as a Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap since March 2025. Previously, Hardhik held the role of Deputy Secretary General at BITSMUN Goa from December 2022 to April 2025, leading outreach and delegate affairs for the largest Model United Nations event in West India. Experience also includes positions as a Process Design Engineer at MyoWorks, where Hardhik collaborated on the development of artificial leather, and key technical contributions to Project Kratos, focusing on soil analysis systems. Additional roles encompass peer mentorship at BITS Goa and leadership positions within various organizations, such as Head of Department for Rotaract and Head of Design for virtualmootdpsnm. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Supply Chain Analytics at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Hardhik's educational background includes earlier studies at Delhi Public School and a foundation in general studies.
