Ryan O'Neil

Ryan O'Neil is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in decision automation and engineering. Previously, Ryan served as Director of Decision Engineering at Grubhub, overseeing a department focused on solving business challenges through software and operations research. Prior roles include Head of Decision Engineering at Zoomer, where Ryan managed data science teams, and Lead Engineer at Yhat, Inc., achieving significant cost reductions and business growth. Ryan's career also includes positions at MITRE, The Washington Post, YouGov, and Blackboard, showcasing a strong background in software development, operations research, and project management. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master's in Operations Research from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor's in Applied Science and Technology.
