Andy Stemler's work experience begins in 2010 with Kforce Inc., where they started as a Jr. Recruiter and worked their way up to Recruiting Manager in the Information Technology department. In 2013, Stemler joined Hays as an Account Manager in IT, eventually taking on roles as Manager of Client Relations, Managing Director, and Sr. Director. Stemler's most recent position is Vice President at NextPath Career Partners, a recruitment firm focused on helping both companies and candidates.

Andy Stemler began their education at Chamberlain High School, where they attended for an unspecified period of time. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Florida from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they furthered their education at the University of Florida and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from 2008 to 2009.
