Marissa Cardon

Marissa Cardon is an accomplished HR and People Programs leader with extensive experience in building and managing employee support programs. Currently serving as the VP of People Programs & Operations at NextRoll since May 2013, Marissa oversees project teams across various functions to enhance employee retention and wellbeing. Previous roles at NextRoll include Senior Director and Director of People Programs, where Marissa established operations for international offices and scaled systems during rapid growth. Prior experience spans significant HR roles at OpenTable and research positions in financial firms, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Organizational Development and Economics & Management, respectively, along with a Certificate in Human Resources.
