Michael Byrne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience, partnerships, and business development across various sectors, including digital healthcare and disability services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Experience at Nextt Group, Michael leads initiatives to improve client services through strategic planning and risk management. Previously, in the role of Head of Partnerships at Consultmed, Michael achieved significant business growth by managing a sales pipeline of over $3 million. As General Manager at Ability Partners, Michael established an NDIS business, overseeing compliance and marketing efforts. Michael’s background also includes leadership positions at Recovery Partners Australia and Rehab Management, complemented by a solid educational foundation with an ongoing MBA from the University of Newcastle.
