Esther Bakker began their work experience in 2010, working as a Graduation Student at KLM. In 2011, they worked at Tele2 as a Contract Manager, where they focused on integrating and developing the Contract Management department within the organization. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Capgemini Invent, starting as a Consultant and progressing to the roles of Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant. During their time at Capgemini Invent, they worked on various projects such as IT strategy development, sales optimization, digital strategy programs, and consumer engagement. In 2017, Esther joined Nextview Consulting as a Practice Manager Business Consulting, leading a company-wide Strategic Innovation program at a construction firm. Currently, they hold the position of Director Growth & Talent at Nextview Consulting.
Esther Bakker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they also completed a BSc in Business Administration from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
Esther pursued further education by enrolling in the Master of Science in Business Administration program at the University of Groningen from 2009 to 2010, with a focus on Change Management.
In 2011, Esther Bakker joined Capgemini Consulting and completed their High Potential Program, which spanned four years until 2015.
In 2014, they obtained certification in Prince2 from the institution EXIN. Esther also obtained a Lean - Green Belt certification from ASQ in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Consulting Skills program at Capgemini University in 2012.
