Jarosław Kotuła has a Bachelor's degree in Banking Administration from the College of Business and Administration, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Coach at the European Institute of Business Psychology. In 2013, they obtained a degree as a Coach from Evolution Coaching Sp. z o.o. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Traiblazer Ranger certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in November 2022, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2021, and the Net Zero Cloud Accredited Professional certification from Salesforce Partners in July 2022.
