Jarosław Kotuła has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jarosław started their career in 2011 as a Sales Trainer at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Jarosław then worked as a Trainer/Coach at TUiR Warta S.A. from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined BIZ Bank as a Trainer/HR Department and later worked as a Sales Consultant/Trainer at Orange Polska for a brief period in 2015.
In 2016, Jarosław served as a Project Manager at THISISCREATIVE. Jarosław then worked as an External Collaborator at Biuro Reklamy TVN Media from 2014 to 2019, where they conducted business partner satisfaction surveys and designed development workshops for the sales department based on the survey results.
From 2017 to 2019, Jarosław worked at Mastermedia Cioczek i Wójciak Sp. j. in various roles. Jarosław started as a Credit Controller, reviewing processes and working with customers on monitoring financial data. Later, they served as a Sales Support Specialist, improving sales support tools and working with regional sales representatives to apply new technologies. Jarosław also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist, planning and managing marketing campaigns for the Food Plus franchise brand and analyzing web analytics.
In 2019, Jarosław joined Billennium as a Release Manager, responsible for managing releases. Jarosław later transitioned to a Business Analyst role, where they were a core migration team member in a data migration project for a global pharmaceutical company. Jarosław conducted ICT system research and prototyping and provided solutions fitting the stakeholders' business needs.
In 2022, Jarosław joined PwC Polska as a KYC Senior Analyst. Jarosław also took on the role of a Salesforce Business Analyst, supporting the implementation and configuration of Salesforce.com services and analyzing customer requirements.
Currently, Jarosław Kotuła is working as a Recruiter at Nextview Consulting, starting in 2023.
Jarosław Kotuła has a Bachelor's degree in Banking Administration from the College of Business and Administration, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Coach at the European Institute of Business Psychology. In 2013, they obtained a degree as a Coach from Evolution Coaching Sp. z o.o. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Traiblazer Ranger certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in November 2022, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2021, and the Net Zero Cloud Accredited Professional certification from Salesforce Partners in July 2022.
