Karolina Zaguła has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karolina started their career as an English Instructor at Training Centre "AVANTI" in 2011. Karolina then worked as a Business English Instructor at European Education Center Libra Elżbieta Krzak in 2013. In 2012, they became an English Teacher at Middle School No.8 in Wrocław, and later transitioned to Primary School No.24 in Wrocław as an English Language Teacher in 2014.
In 2015, Karolina joined Accenture as an HR Coordinator for Accenture@Cisco, and later became an HR Manager EMEAR in 2016. Karolina worked in Accenture until 2017. Following that, they joined Novartis as an HR Knowledge Management Expert for the Europe region from 2017 to 2018.
Karolina then joined ŠKODA AUTO a.s. in 2018 as an eMobility Network Readiness Project Lead, where they were responsible for the implementation of eMobility requirements into the European market and managing the dealers' network.
In 2020, Karolina worked as a Freelance Content Creator (PL). Karolina also held the role of HR Generalist CZ & PL at Nextview Consulting and Mooza Inspire | European Salesforce Partner, an alternative to local partners, from 2021 to 2022.
Currently, Karolina is working at Nextview Consulting as an HR Business Partner CEE, starting from January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for driving all HR activities, managing training and development programs, and supporting various HR projects on local and international levels. Karolina also handles employee consultations, organizes events, supports internal and external communication, and manages compensation and benefits administration.

Karolina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski in the years 2005-2008. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Philology from The State Higher Vocational School in Nysa from 2008 to 2011. Karolina then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski between 2008 and 2010. Later, they completed a Master's Degree in English Philology from Philological School of Higher Education in Wrocław spanning from 2012 to 2015.
In addition to their degrees, Karolina has also obtained a certification known as "Certifikovaná zkouška z češtiny pro cizince (CCE) B2" from Univerzita Karlova v Praze. However, the exact month and year when they obtained this certification are not provided.
