Deepa Haridas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Success and Chief Operations Officer at NextWealth since May 2014, Deepa focuses on data enablement services in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India. Previously, Deepa held key positions at e4e Healthcare Business Services, including Head of Operations and EVP & COO, contributing to significant revenue generation and operational excellence. Earlier career milestones at Mphasis included roles as Associate Vice President, where responsibilities spanned sales operations and customer experience improvement, as well as leadership positions in RCI India and Usha India. Deepa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University and a high school diploma from The Frank Anthony Public School, Bangalore.
