Marcin Socha is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on civils, structures, and bridges. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Nexus since June 2023, Marcin oversees asset management, technical reviews, and standards control for civils and structures. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at National Highways, where responsibilities involved the management of bridge asset renewals and inspections, and Chartered Civil Engineer at Atkins, focusing on the design and specification of highway bridge remedial works. Marcin has held various engineering positions across several companies, including Fairhurst and AECOM, with expertise in structural assessments and project management in both transportation and maritime sectors. Marcin holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, earned in 2011.
